This check-in

The v3 assessment calculates your profile in the browser. Taking the assessment and viewing the quick summary does not require your name or email, and InterpretWell does not save your v3 answers or scores in the assessment database.

Answers are held in memory while this app session remains open. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. “Exit & clear” and “Clear this check-in” remove them from the current app session. Visiting other pages within the app retains them until you clear or refresh.

If you choose “Get My Report,” Base44's email service processes the email address you provide and the report content generated from your current answers so it can deliver that message. Your email address is also added to the InterpretWell email list for occasional resources and updates. You may opt out of future updates at any time. The app does not create a v3 assessment-history record from that request. Email providers and platform infrastructure may retain delivery or service logs according to their own systems.

Base44 still hosts the app and handles ordinary site requests and account services. This is not a promise of anonymous browsing or an absence of platform logs. This notice describes v3; it does not retroactively delete data submitted through earlier versions.

Optional product feedback

Only when you check the separate agreement box and click Send do we submit your selected feature interests, clarity response, optional text, assessment version, consent time and a reference code to Base44 for InterpretWell administrators to review. Your assessment responses and scores are not attached.

If you are signed in, Base44 may attach account metadata. Please do not include client details, health histories or identifying information. Feedback is for product improvement, not research enrollment, clinical care or marketing consent.

Feedback remains stored until an administrator deletes it; automatic expiry is not currently configured. Keep the reference shown after submission and use Contact to request deletion. The clear-answer button does not delete submitted feedback. Platform backup retention is controlled by Base44.

Your choice

You may skip any question, omit any domain, decline product feedback, decline the full report, or stop altogether. Your quick summary is available without an email address.

Requesting the Personalized Career Wellness Report also joins the InterpretWell email list for occasional resources and updates, as disclosed beside the form. You may opt out of future updates at any time, including by using Contact to request removal. Any future research data collection needs its own clear information and consent process.

These results should not be used by employers or agencies for hiring, assignment eligibility, credentialing or fitness-to-work decisions.
